On April 26th, Li Juqiang, the Chairman of our company, led a team to visit Ningxia Tianyuan Manganese Industry Group Co., Ltd. We were warmly received by Jia Tianjiang, the Chairman of the Board, and other relevant personnel from Tianyuan. During our visit, we had fruitful discussions on manganese and its derivatives. Lu Zhengguang and Jin Shiyao，Vice Presidents from Ningxia Tianyuan Manganese Industry Group, as well as Zhang Qiang, the Deputy General Manager of JSFT, also attended the meeting
Li Juqiang provided a brief overview of SOHO Holdings and JSFT. He emphasized that the import of non-ferrous minerals is a core sector for JSFT, with the import volume of chrome manganese ore ranking among the top in the country in recent years. The company prioritizes its main products and maintains a core focus on ensuring scarce resources for the construction of Jiangsu's modern industrial system. They continuously promote the development of the entire industry chain and serve the real economy to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Tianyuan, a leading enterprise in the global manganese industry, is an important partner of the foreign trade company. Both parties are eager to deepen their cooperation across the entire industry chain.
Jia Tianjiang provided Li Juqiang and his team with an overview of Tianyuan's development history, production operations, and strategic positioning. He emphasized that Tianyuan is the world's largest producer of electrolytic manganese and the largest privately-owned enterprise in Ningxia. Since its inception, the company has remained committed to focusing on the real economy, refining its core business, and expanding into sectors such as the manganese industry, energy and chemical industry, international trade, logistics transportation, and overseas mines. Jia Tianjiang expressed his hope that Tianyuan and JSFT can leverage their respective strengths, closely cooperate, empower each other, and jointly create a path of synergistic development between private and state-owned enterprises.
During the symposium, both parties reached consensus on cooperation and agreed to explore new areas of collaboration together to accelerate the development of new productive forces.
Li Juqiang and his party also visited the Tianyuan Manganese building materials factory, chemical plant, silicomanganese plant, electrolytic manganese plant and new energy material production and construction base.
