On July 10th, the unveiling ceremony of Tianjin Office was held in Tianjin Binhai New Area. Chen Shu, president of SOHO Holdings Group, Liu Mingyi, the general manager of bulk commodity department, Li Juqiang, chairman and general manager of JSFT, Wang Chao, deputy director of administrative law enforcement group in Tianjin Municipal Transportation Commission, Chi Defang, chairman of Tianjin Port No.4 Port Corporation, Guo Guiqiang, general manager of Tian Sheng International Freight Forwarding agency of Tianjin Port Free Zone, and Han Wansheng, vice president of Tianjin Zhenhong Logistics Group Corporation attended the unveiling ceremony. At the unveiling ceremony, Li Juqiang pointed out that Tianjin Office carries the mission of building the independent and controllable industrial chain and supply chain, as well as the transformation and development of JSFT. It also shoulders the heavy trust of JSFT and the expectations of all the staff, making the office has the great responsibility and honorable mission. Focusing on the core function positioning, Tianjin Office will fully serve JSFT to build the independent and controllable industrial chain and supply chain system, and make positive contributions to enhance the resilience and safety of domestic chrome and manganese ore industrial chain and supply chain. The office should rely on the geographical advantage of Tianjin Port, develop the supply chain channels from South Africa to domestic downstream, realizing the extension of chrome and manganese ore business chain towards the downstream. The office should also raise the political stance, enhance the sense of responsibility and make great contribution to the assistance of JSFT to help SOHO group grow into an world class state-owned enterprise with ‘strong party development, excellent governance, stable operation and great integration’.
After the unveiling ceremony, Chen Shu attended the metal sector seminar of JSFT. He fully affirmed the achievements made by metal sector of JSFT in recent years and requested that the metal sector of JSFT to clarify the development ideas, strategy and plan, deeply insert into the industrial chain surrounding the core products, and strive for developing the international trade of intermediate goods. He also suggested that we should strengthen the team building, professional talents cultivation, and the inheritance of ‘mentoring and passing of experience’ quality, promoting the growth of freshmen and creating a first-class talent team with international perspective. We will build and implement the risk management system, strengthen risk control and promote the development of business compliance.
